Can I use CurShip without leaving Shopify?
Yes. CurShip brings booking, labels and shipment tracking into Shopify. You can also sign in to the CurShip portal to work with the same store and shipments.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
The Free plan has no monthly subscription. You pay for shipping and a CurShip label fee when you book. Paid plans offer a lower label fee and additional tools. Courier prices depend on the route, parcel and service.
Can I send a parcel that isn't a Shopify order?
Yes. Create a shipment in the CurShip portal, enter the collection and delivery details, add your parcel and choose an available courier service.
How do customers track their deliveries?
Each booked shipment has a tracking link. CurShip's tracking pages show the parcel's progress and can use your store's branding, so the delivery experience feels like part of your shop.
How quickly can I start shipping?
Install CurShip from the Shopify App Store, top up your wallet and book your first delivery in minutes. There is no setup fee and nothing to configure before your first label.
